How Ventura sources deals

Every opportunity on Ventura is a Ventura instruction.

We do not run a broker network, and the platform is not open to third-party agents. Each asset is instructed to Ventura directly, checked by us, and marketed by us alone to verified investors whose criteria it matches. Investors deal with one firm from introduction to completion, and vendors know exactly who is representing them.

If you own an asset, or act for someone who does, the route in is the same: instruct Ventura. Nothing is published, no board goes up, and buyers see nothing of substance until an NDA is signed.
